29 Jan Make hummus at home with courage!
Learn to make traditional hummus easily!
Recipe:
480g drained canned chickpeas
200g tahini
3 lemons, juice only
6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp olive oil and more for drizzling
Sumac or chilli flakes to finish.
Process chickpeas till course. Add 3rd lemon juice. Add garlic cloves, process again.
Add tahini and remaining lemon juice.
Process till smooth or how you like it.
Process one last time with cumin and olive oil.
Spoon in to bowl.
Drizzle over olive oil and sprinkling of sumac or pepper flakes. Delicious!
