If you’re hungry for a day out of the office and looking for a fun way to motivate and reward staff, there’s no better activity for team building than time spent cooking. A wonderful way to bond with fellow peers and feel inspired, each of our sessions can be designed to fit around your own team talk and meetings, so we can plan a whole or half day of activities to keep everyone engaged.
We have a range of classes, with food from all around the world, to choose from. Classes can be as little as 10 people (less if you like) to up to as many to suit your bespoke day. All food and equipment is provided and you don’t need to be a masterchef to participate as you’ll receive special guidance and support from Chef Hülya and her team.

The venue can be solely hired and has rooms to stay overnight, a selection of meeting rooms, the cookery school and even a golf course. Chef Hulya teaches private classes as the venue and has a close relationship with this wonderful estate.
Whether it’s cooking Middle Eastern flavours, Turkish delights or baking bread, Hülya’s classes are designed to challenge the well established cook and give beginners a wonderful insight in to developing new cookery skills they didn’t know they had!
