Guardian writes this week how junk food is still playing a large feature in kids lunchboxes. Sad but true, many kids are preparing the lunches themselves so unfortunately, kids are going to be a little rebellious and put what they fancy! It's up to the parents to make sure their kids are being sent to school with a nutritionally packed lunch. And it's even more important that schools help educate the parents and students as to what is acceptable. My kids school has banned any 'bad' items such as fizzy drinks, sweets, chocolates, cakes and other over indulgent 'treats.'
